At Butter’d Up Sugar Studio, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with a smooth, personalized experience. To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, please review the following policies prior to booking.
Appointments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost and is non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred when rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your time is valued, and the same respect is expected in return. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Appointments adjusted with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service total to the card on file
- Repeated late cancellations may result in a required deposit for future bookings
Unexpected situations happen, and communication is always appreciated.
No Call / No Show Policy
Missed appointments without communication will result in:
- Forfeiture of the deposit
- A charge of up to 50% of the remaining service balance
Future booking privileges may be limited or declined.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time to receive your full service.
- Clients arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next client’s appointment
Guest Policy
To maintain a calm, private, and professional environment, no extra guests or children are permitted unless previously approved.
Minors Policy
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time of their appointment.
- A parent or guardian must provide consent prior to the service
- The parent or guardian must remain present during the appointment
- Valid identification may be required to confirm age and consent
Services for minors are provided with care and at the discretion of Butter’d Up Sugar Studio to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Service Preparation
For optimal results, please arrive clean and properly prepared for your service.
- Hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice for effective sugaring
- Improper preparation or excessive hair length may require additional time, service adjustments, or additional fees
Payments
All major cards and approved digital payment methods are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
Refunds & Adjustments
All services are non-refundable.
If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours so adjustments can be made if necessary.
Right to Refuse Service
Butter’d Up Sugar Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, arriving under unsafe conditions, or not adhering to these policies.
